Shipping and Return Policy

  • All broken or damaged products from Myrmecology Lab must be reported with pictures for proof within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. All claims should be sent to info@myrmecologylab.com Cash refunds may not be an option.

  • The Majority of "In Stock" orders are shipped within two business days. Orders that are are not in stock, require up to two weeks of processing time and are typically shipped on the beginning of the third week. Custom orders vary and can take up to a few weeks.

  • All US orders are shipped with USPS Standard shipping unless other shipping option is requested. Orders outside of the US are shipped with various methods based off location. To request a shipping method outside of our listed options, please contact us prior to your order or shortly after.

  • Returns are accepted within a week of their delivery date. However Myrmecology Lab will not cover the shipping costs for the return. The item must be in unused and new condition. No refunds will be paid until we receive the package. We will not accept them if they are damaged or partially used.

  • In the event your package is lost in transit, Myrmecology Lab will ship the order again at no cost to the customer.

  • In the event that a customer receives the wrong goods that is the fault of our own, the order will be corrected at the expense of Myrmecology Lab. We will not correct orders on behalf of the customer.
